Massage

massage2Mobility and moving well are two essential building blocks to CrossFit. Without proper joint mobility you will find yourself unable to perform the CrossFit movements with full range of motion and pain free. There are many facets to mobility and one is ensuring that you keep your muscles in tip-top shape to keep your body moving well. A great way to do that is to incorporate regular massage therapy into your training program. CrossFit EXP aims to be a full service CrossFit facility and we provide on site massage therapy services to clients and non-clients.
