Holiday Weekend Schedule:
Saturday and Sunday: one class at 9:15am each day.
Monday (Columbus Day): 8:00am and 9:15am classes only.
WORKOUT Of the DAY:
Box Squat 5 x 3RM
1. Air Squat
2. Handstand Hold
3. Box Jump (24/20″)
5. Sprint (75′ out and back for 20 sec. then 10 sec. recovery to endline)
*Complete 8 sets per exercise of 20 seconds on: 10 seconds off before moving on to next exercise. Score each exercise by keeping track of lowest number of reps for any one set. For exercise 2, aim to complete as many of eight 20 sec. sets as possible. For exercise 5, pick a point to sprint to each set and try to surpass your previous sprint point.
