Workout:
WOD 1: “Time Traveler”

On every 2 minutes complete the following couplet for time.
10 Burpees
15 KB Swings (70/53lbs)
10 Rounds.
WOD 2: “Partnered Tire Drags”

One person walks backwards dragging tire loaded with 70lbs/50lbs for 75′ then partner drags back to start. 5 rounds for time.
