Row 4-5000m
A-Dyne 4-6 miles
1min JR, 1min Burpees x 10 rds
20min Cap

at 25min Mark-
Partner Leg Toss Complex
20 sit-ups (Partner holds feet)
20 leg tosses (partner throws legs)
Then switch AMRAP 10mins
Then ED Lower and Upper Stretching routine.
