Thursday 3.3.11

In just a few weeks the 2011 CrossFit Games competition will begin.  Last year my wife Angela and I were glued to the computer watching the 4-day event streamed live from Aromas, California.  It is an amazing competition bringing the best of the best of all areas of fitness and the world together going head-to-head for the title of fittest man and woman on earth.  As a studio we are relatively new to CrossFit and have been training using CrossFit programs, methods and philosophy for about 18 months.  As you can see as a member the results, workouts and overall training experience is amazing compared to anything else out there.  With the games fast approaching I wanted to make sure you knew there is a vast amount of great info and details about this years games on the “CrossFit games website”. Take a look around for a birds-eye view of the CrossFit athletes, workouts and culture that you have been living in and training in for the past year and a half.  (Also, here is a quick video promo for last year’s games).
