What is Barbell Club?

EXP Barbell Club (“EBC”) was started here at CrossFit EXP as a way to help people improve their strength and technique with Olympic lifts (Clean & Jerk and Snatch).

This Club is meant as a supplement to normal CrossFit classes and will help you become stronger, more confident and comfortable when it comes to performing lifts that utilize the barbell.

Who’s it For?

EBC is open to both active members and non-active members of CrossFit EXP.

This club is meant as an intermediate/advanced class and is not intended for beginners or those just starting out with CrossFit (if that’s you then please check out our normal class schedule).

In order to participate in the EBC participants must be proficient in all Olympic movements. (Clean & Jerk and Snatch)

What Can You Expect?

EBC classes are 90 minutes in length and will focus on building strength and speed as well as improving mobility and technique for mastery of the Olympic lifts.

Each class will include high level coaching as well as a structured lifting program to help you take your Oly lifts to an entirely new level.
