Studio Schedule Updates:

As many of you may already know Nick and Tiffany will be tying the knot this Saturday, June 11th.  They will also both be leaving for Antarctica (I mean Hawaii) for their honeymoon for 2-weeks. (And yes, they promised they would send us some great action shots of them doing handstands on the beach). During their time away we will be keeping all current classes going as usual but switching around coaches a bit to keep the current schedule going.

Another very exciting announcement is that a few weeks ago we were informed that our CrossFit EXP competition team qualified to compete at this year’s CrossFit Games Regional Competition in Canton, MA. Being a new CrossFit Affiliate with no expectations of even making regionals we were pleasantly surprised and honored to even be considered. Out of 50+ teams we ended up placing 21st in the Northeast region and we will be sending 8 of our athletes to compete on the 17th-19th of June.

For girls we will be sending Lisa Lemay, Heather Arsenault, Stephanie McGuirk and Kathy Anderson.

For guys we will be sending Brian Malatesta, Jeff St. Laurent, Jared Grinkis and Patrick Lyden.

Out of these eight athletes, 3 men and 3 women will be chosen and registered as our competition team and will represent CrossFit EXP at the 3-day competition. The remaining two athletes will be used as alternates who will support the team and fill in on workouts if needed.

On the weekend of competition we will be canceling the following classes and hope that the during the days off from class you will be able to come down to the event and cheer on your coaches and fellow CrossFitters.
