WORKOUT Of the DAY:

Strength: 2 FS + 2 Push Jerk x 5 sets on 3 minutes (Goal is to increase weight from 8.27)

WOD: [ CFNE East Cost Championship ]

24 Burpees, followed by:

3 rounds of:

12 Deadlifts (155/105)
9 Hang Power Cleans
6 Shoulder-to-Overhead

Buy-Out: Yoke Carry find max wt for 50′ in 5 attempts or under. Practice Free standing HS Holds for 5 min.

Team Training: WOD: Add muscle-ups to end of WOD. Time stops once m-ups complete (men 7/ women 5)
