  • Thursday 11/27: No Classes- Happy Thanksgiving!
  • Friday 11/28: 9:15AM “Un-Stuffathon” (no other classes)
  • Saturday 11/29: 1/2 Marathon Row! 7am Individuals, 9am Teams of 3-5. Start putting those teams together!
  • 10:30am Mobility class with Jenn
  • Sunday 11/30: Open Gym 9:15-10:15 per usual
  • Tuesday 12/2: EXP Kids Program Launch. Sign up HERE!

STRENGTH:

1) 5X3 Tempo Bench Press (3 count descent, 3 count pause at bottom, explode back up) – heaviest possible, on 2 min.

12 Hang Squat Cleans

x 2 Rounds (28 min cap)

*Wod starts with 12 BURPEES and in-between each of the 5 Barbel exercises, time for wod ends on your last set of OHS (no burpees after last set of OHS)

L1- 95/65, 12 burpees
L2-75/55 10 burpees between
L3-55/35 7 burpees between
TT- 115/75, 12 burpees
