“The training and the coaches at CrossFit EXP have made a significant difference in me mentally and physically.  I’ve only been going for about 2 months now however,  it’s changed how I feel about myself personally, my eating habits (which still need improvement, but better than before) and physcially.

Last week was my first time I was able to complete running 400 yds, Pull-ups AMRAP 5x’s without walking which may not sound like alot, but this achievement has re-charged this old athlete into believing I CAN be fit once again AND I will lose the weight!

I’m grateful and looking forward to the months to come albeit challenging, but rewarding.
