Introducing SugarWod!

WOD tracking made easy and fun!

At CrossFit EXP, our goal is to provide the most supportive training environment possible to help you reach your health and fitness goals. In order to do this, we prioritize workout tracking – recording weights, reps and workout times after each completed training session.

What this means is no more wondering what your back squat PR is, or going six weeks or months without knowing whether or not you are progressing at skill X or movement Y. For the EXP Programming team, it means more data to help guide decisions around strength and skill progressions. We believe strongly that having access to a large pool of scores from our membership on a daily, weekly and monthly basis is the key to taking EXP programming to the next level.

SugarWOD is a fun and social way to track your WODs from Day to Day and emerse yourself in the EXP Community. Using SugarWOD is highly encouraged but completely optional. You can even use it but choose to have your scores private.

Here’s what you need to do to get started:

  1. Download SugarWOD from the App Store or Google Play
  2. Sign Up for an account. Just use your email.
  3. Choose CrossFit EXP as your Box (That’s crossfit talk for “gym”)
  4. Start logging your workouts! We post them for your every night and you can even turn on notifications for workout announcements!

The use of the app is FREE with your EXP membership!
