Congratulations to all on an awesome weekend of accomplishments!  We had our 3rd annual Barbells for Boobs event which was a great success, we had some EXP athletes compete at the CF Iron Spider Witch City comp and we had lots of 5K and Half Marathon runners!  What a weekend! Miles for Myles 5K road race is Today! 1 mile fun run for kids and parents 12:00pm, 5K walk at 12:00pm, 5K Run at 12:30pm.  All events will be held at the Passios School located at 1033 Mass Ave (RT 2A) Luneburg, MA.   This event is dedicated to Myles John McCarron, who died at age sixteen because he rode with his friends in a speeding vehicle.  All race proceeds will go towards the completion of our athletic facility and to endorse the message “No Need To Speed”.  This is the thirteenth annual Miles for Myles. To date they have raised over $190,000 in race proceeds! WORKOUT OF THE DAY: STRENGTH: None WOD: [ OPEN GYM ] Open Gym 9:15-10:15am.
