A message from Irene:
“Good Morning Patrick and Nick,
Just finished the “Anger Management” class and was riding home thinking Wow! I can’t believe I finished that class. Two years ago I would not have finished it at all. I would still be doing the pull ups as we speak, and a year ago I might on a good day be on the double unders (curse those double unders) but today I finished the WHOLE work-out. That is a major accomplishment for me. I never thought at this point in my life that I would be the most physically fit that I have ever been. I know this my come as a shock to both of you but I was never an athlete or did any organized sports growing up ( they didn’t have much for women in the late 60’s & 70’s) and not only am I doing better physically, it has also helped me mentally. I have gone through some rough patches in the last few years and both of you not realizing it have given me the strength to get through those hard times and not to revert back to some old bad habits (which is very tempting to do). So a great big THANK-YOU to the both of you for helping me be a better stronger person and thanks for being great and passionate human beings……see you Monday”
