A full body exercise class for young children (grades 1-3), kids (grades 4-5) and middle schoolers (grades 6-8). Our EXP Kids program focuses on teaching kids how to move their bodies and have fun working out while also learning how to exercise properly. Each 1 hour class will include a warm-up, full body workout, fun exercise based games and a cool-down/stretch.

REGISTRATION DETAILS:

This will allow your child to book classes and sign in for class when they come in for EXP Kids.

Log in as a member then proceed to add your child/children as a additional family members then complete the checkout process.

PROGRAM DISCOUNTS:

Sibling discount: First child pays $129, each additional child pays sibling discount rate of $109. Use code “EXPS20” (without quotes) during checkout to apply discount.

Staff/Member Discount: Active EXP members & staff pay discounted rate of $99 for each child. Use code “EXPM30” (without quotes) during checkout to apply discount.
