PROGRAM DETAILS:

  • Each XLR8 Program is 12 weeks in length and broken into three 4 week sessions
  • Each Session is limited to a maximum of 12 students/athletes.
  • Each Class is 1 hour long and includes a proper warm up, demonstration, scaling options, programmed workouts, core work and cool down.
  • Each Class will be designed to help your child athlete/student to build speed, agility, endurance, strength, sport specific conditioning and more…


REGISTRATION:

  • Registrations are taken on a first come/serve basis. Unless your child is registered we are unable to hold or reserve their spot for any session.
  • There is cap of 12 students/athletes per session. Once spots are filled registration will be closed for that session.
