If you are registered for the OPENS then go through 2-3 rounds of our Pre-Game WOD (posted at the studio) today. Follow up with 20-30min of Mobility. All classes will be doing OPENS WOD 13.1 on Thursday so be smart and go through the Pre-Game WOD working on technique and just breaking a little sweat. Get a good night sleep, stay hydrated and eat clean. The first WOD of the 2013 OPENS is tomorrow and you’ll want to be as prepared as possible.
