The First workout of the 2015 CrossFit OPEN will be announced TONIGHT!
What is the OPEN?
It is the preliminary stage of the CrossFit games. Open to one and all. The top 20 men and 20 women as well top 15 teams in each region will qualify for one of 17 Regional Competitions. At the regional level people compete to qualify for the CrossFit Games in California.
When is it: February 26th – March 30
How does it work? Workouts will be released Thursday nights at 8pm each week.
OPEN Wods in Class: Here at CrossFit EXP we will do the OPEN workout in all Friday classes for the net 5 weeks.
SUNDAYS at CF EXP: Every Sunday March 1st- 29th we will be hosting the OPEN workout from 9-11am. Heats will be first come first serve. All athletes competing in the OPEN will be judged for a score. We encourage everyone to participate and cheer every single person on that day!
Your score MUST be turned in online by the following Monday by 8pm! This is your responsibility to ensure it gets done!
