Thursday many of us will celebrate one of our most treasured holidays, Thanksgiving. A wonderful day to sit down with family and friends and celebrate. Many of us (thanks to Tiff) will be having a Paleo-friendly day, below is a recipe for Paleo cranberry sauce that will go nicely with your beautiful free range organic turkey. Take time to model good nutrition for your children and the important people in your lives. ENJOY!

Paleo Cranberry Sauce
4 Cups Fresh Cranberries
1 Cup water
1 Cup apple juice
Juice of 1 orange
1 teaspoon fresh grated ginger
1/2 tablespoon ground cinnamon
2 tablespoons raw organic honey
Combine cranberries, water, apple juice, orange juice in a saucepan until boiling. Add ginger, cinnamon & honey. Simmer until cranberries are broken down and sauce thickens. (10-15 Minutes)
