EXP Kids Classes

A full body exercise class for young children (grades 1-3), kids (grades 4-5) and middle schoolers (grades 6-8). Our EXP Kids program focuses on teaching kids how to move their bodies and have fun working out while also learning how to exercise properly. Each 1 hour class will include a warm-up, full body workout, fun exercise based games and a cool-down/stretch.
