FRIDAY 10.15.10 – The Calm Before the Storm

The stage is set.  The teams are balanced and ready.  The workouts have been stamped in stone.  In just over 24 hours the first FitCamp Team throwdown will begin and you will not even believe how amazing this event is going to be.  We will be doing completely brand new team based workouts unlike anything we’ve ever done before in FitCamp.  Each one will test not only your teams fitness, cardio and strength but also require teamwork, communication, strategy and even luck.  Who will rise up above the rest and be crowned this year’s championship team?  It’s anyone’s game!  Get ready for the most incredible workout experience of your entire life. 
Throwdown Competitors:  Please arrive no later than 8:30AM on Saturday morning for registration and event briefing.  Be sure to coordinate with your team members to wear your team colors.  Bring food and drink and change of clothes as needed.  Dress in layers.  Bring your A game and be ready for anything.
