WORKOUT Of the DAY:
EXP Strength:
Static Deadlifts 5 x 3RM
(on every 2 minutes perform 3 perfectly executed deadlifts with a 5 second static hold at the top of each rep. Do not let the bar drop and focus on external rotation in the hip/shoulder as well as isometric squeeze of glutes/abs).
EXP Workout:
WOD: “Hindsight”
Run an 800m, 600m, 400m then 200m in that order. After each run choose one of the following exercises and complete 80, 60, 40, 20 reps respectively after each run. You must run from long to short distance and complete all 4 exercises choosing which order works best for you to finish as fast as possible. Post order you choose and finishing time below.
