EXP Barbell Club (“EBC”) was started here at CrossFit EXP as a way to help people improve their strength and technique with Olympic lifts (Clean & Jerk and Snatch). This Club is meant as a supplement to normal CrossFit classes and will help you become stronger, more confident and comfortable when it comes to performing lifts that utilize the barbell.
