At the time of this post there is still no power at the studio and throughout much of Leominster and surrounding towns. Without power we will be unable to keep our normal class schedule, especially in the early morning and evening classes. We do have plenty of daylight to run classes mid morning and afternoon so we will be opening the studio for open gym time from 8am-11am and 3pm-5pm. As soon as power comes back on-line we will resume our normal class schedule but in the meantime please check back here for updates over the coming days. We hope you and your family are safe and warm.

Our countries obesity problem is now affecting 2/3 of adults and America’s lack of activity and way of eating is killing more people every year than guns, drugs and alcohol combined. We need a license to own a gun, drugs are illegal and you must be 21 or older to buy alcohol.
