Congratulations to all on an awesome weekend of accomplishments!  We had our 3rd annual Barbells for Boobs event which was a great success, we had some EXP athletes compete at the CF Iron Spider Witch City comp and we had lots of 5K and Half Marathon runners!  What a weekend! Great job all around!

STRENGTH: 

A: 4 x 3RM TNG Snatches (Full) +1 set max reps at 75% of 3rm.  Rest 90 Sec.
B: 4 x 60sec max effort strict TTB.  Rest 90 sec.
