Run 800m while partner does as many bear crawl laps as possible, 50ft =1 rep
then switch
Run 600m while partner does as many walking lunges as possible, 50ft= 1 rep
then switch
Run 400m while partner does as many OH Plate Carry laps as possible, 50ft= 1 rep
then switch
Run 200m While Partner does as F Carrys as many laps as possible 50ft= 1 lap
Then 100 Hollow rocks, only moving when partner is in a plank position, switch as needed.
