Happy Friday EXP’rs! Just a few notes here on OPENS guidelines for the next few weeks.
— Saturday morning we will be having OPENS/Comp team training from 7:30am-9:00am.
— Pre-Game WOD’s: Each week OPENS athletes should complete pre-game WOD posted at studio on Wednesday’s during any class time and on Saturday’s 7:30-9am.
— OPEN WOD’s: All OPENS athletes should do their best to make 2 attempts at each week’s WOD. Thursday during any class time or on Sunday morning 9-Noon. Other times before or after classes may be available but should be pre-arranged with a coach/judge in advance.
— Due to large class size, Sat. 9:15am is off limits for judging, pre-game or open gym work.
— Scores for each WOD are due by 8pm EST on Sunday night each week. Please log-in to your CrossFit Games Account and post your scores early. Scores will be validated daily.
