Since watching last weekend’s OPENS WOD 13.1 at the studio, Emma has been practicing her burpees EVERY day. Yesterday she came up with her own workout (50 sec handstand hold, 30 burpees, 10 jumping jacks), and afterward wanted to go for a new PR for her 10 burpees for time, here’s her video…
