Jess is an amazing addition to our EXP community! She has been working very hard over the past year on her own personal fitness and achieving some great goals!  She is also 100% positive and fun to be around, her smile is contagious and she is always supportive of everyone around her!  Here’s what we learned about Jess…   Q: What brought you in to CrossFit EXP? Q: What brought you in to CrossFit EXP? I joined Cross fit EXP about 1 week after I turned 49 years old.  I had low energy, was overweight, and hadn’t exercised in decades.  I decided it was time to make a change, and so I made an initial 6 month commitment to get started and to see what I could do. Q: What was your first impression of CrossFit EXP? It was initially surprising that the classes contained beginners like me working out next to more experienced and fit athletes.  This stratified class make-up works well, and allows us beginners to learn from,  and ‘ride the coat tails’ of the trail blazers.
