Q: What brought you in to CrossFit EXP? I joined Cross fit EXP about 1 week after I turned 49 years old. I had low energy, was overweight, and hadn’t exercised in decades. I decided it was time to make a change, and so I made an initial 6 month commitment to get started and to see what I could do. Q: What was your first impression of CrossFit EXP? It was initially surprising that the classes contained beginners like me working out next to more experienced and fit athletes.
