From the Members: “Growing up, I was an athlete. I played every sport known to man, and did well in most of them. Being part of a team was something I came to depend on. After college, I got wrapped up in my life and stopped acting and feeling like an athlete. For years I tried different gyms, exercise classes and workout regimes in an attempt to replicate the feeling of being and athlete and being part of a “team,” without any luck.  Last May, I signed up for my first FitCamp/CrossFit EXP session. The first workout (and every workout since then) kicked my butt, in a good way. I’ve noticed big changes physically–especially with my strength, endurance and overall athleticism.
