“Growing up, I was an athlete. I played every sport known to man, and did well in most of them. Being part of a team was something I came to depend on. After college, I got wrapped up in my life and stopped acting and feeling like an athlete. For years I tried different gyms, exercise classes and workout regimes in an attempt to replicate the feeling of being and athlete and being part of a “team,” without any luck.  Last May, I signed up for my first FitCamp/CrossFit EXP session. The first workout (and every workout since then) kicked my butt, in a good way. I’ve noticed big changes physically–especially with my strength, endurance and overall athleticism. All of the trainers are great coaches and always push you to do more than you thought you could. The other members are encouraging and motivating.  FitCamp/CrossFit EXP finally gave me the team atmosphere I was searching for, and has me believing I’m an athlete again.”

50 Box Jumps (24/20″)
75 Wall Balls (20/14lb)
100 Sit-ups
75 Double Unders
50 Pull-ups
No partitioning, 3 burpees on the minute. 45 min CAP.
