A few weeks ago I made a trip down to CrossFit New England in Natick. Heather Bergeron runs the kids program there. The boys were able to take her class and I was able to observe and get some great ideas for my own FitCamp Kids class. Heather is an amazing CrossFit athlete and placed 8th overall in the CrossFit Games this past year. She is a wealth of knowledge and is truly passionate about children’s fitness.   TUESDAY 10.5.10 – Teamwork Back Squat 15RM x 3 Tabata Air Squats “Team Pullin“ Partners will complete a 20min AMRAP consisting of pull-ups and 200m run in a tag-team format.  Partner A will start with pull-ups completing as many reps as possbile while partner B sprints 200m.  Partner B will then do pull-ups while partner A sprints 200m.  Score is total number of combined pull-ups in 20 minutes.
