I just finished a great meeting with Karen and I wanted to give you a heads-up on some great news.  In a few weeks on Sept. 21st we will be starting up a new FitCamp 4 Kids program.  Our very own Karen Ashworth will be leading the new classes and is as excited as I am to launch our new fall 2010 Kids program.  Karen is a former pre-school teacher turned FitCamp Instructor who has a great background with working with kids of all ages.  Karen’s passion for exercise together with her experience as a teacher are going to make this program a blast for our young FitCampers.  We are still finalizing some of the details but as of right now we will be offering a 3-5 yr. old pre-school class on TuTh at 10:30am as well as an afternoon 4pm class on TuTh for our 5-12 year olds.  (Yes, that does mean we will...
