WOD 1:

30 Squat Clean Thrusters for time (155/105lbs)
Scale weight as needed so you can finish under time CAP.
8 min CAP
WOD 2:
20 V-ups
15 Good Mornings
3 rounds
Try to go through V-ups unbroken each set, then take your time on the good mornings and focus on staying steady and working on perfect form.
