Our 1 hour CrossFit Classes combine strength training, cardiovascular conditioning, core work, mobility/flexibility, olympic lifting, kettlebell training, body weight conditioning, power lifts and much more into a fun, challenging and constantly changing workout routine that will have you feeling stronger, fitter and healthier in no time. If you want results then this is it!

All classes are lead by one of our expert coaches who will help you with learning proper form and technique as well as any special exercise modifications, weight selection or scaling as needed. In class you will work in a group setting but go at your own pace using your fellow EXP’rs and coaches for that extra challenge, inspiration and motivation when you need it most.
