100 KB Goblet Lunges (L+R=2)
100 1 arm KB CJs (Alt as wanted as long as 50% reps on each hand)
100 Box Jumps
100 Push-ups
100 KB Goblet squats
100 Cals on Rower
200 Sit-ups (use KB as foot anchor)
