"The coaches are awesome! I'm 5'11, 150 pounds and wasnt exactly in great shape when I started.  In 6 weeks  I feel AMAZING. I ran a 6 min mile 2 days ago and if you told me I was going to do that before running it, I would have definitely laughed. If you also told me 6 weeks ago I'd be doing body weight or really close to body weight in most of my lifts I would have laughed. This place has made such a big difference its honestly crazy. If you are on the fence do it!   I was and now I'm there at least 5 or 6 times a week." -Pat P

STRENGTH: Wt Lunge 5/side.  Then- Wt. Thruster 1RM

10 Thrusters
15 Wall Balls
20 A Squats
x 3 Rds

Team Training:  Strength: Bulgarian Lunges/ Thrusters
Wod: 5 depth HSPU (45/25lb plate), 10 Thrusters (115/80), 15 WB (30), 20 A squats x 3 rds
