"I know what your thinking, why is a 13 year old doing CrossFit? Well, CrossFit has made a HUGE impact on me. It helps prepare me for sports like skiing and cross country, but it also relieves stress after a long day. CrossFit is not only a great workout system it has an amazing environment. When I decided to try my first adult class, I was pretty nervous which is a rare occasion for me. Although, I was nervous I was very excited to challenge myself much more than before. By the end of my first class I knew CrossFit was for me. Everyone was super nice to me which helped me get to know everyone and after a few weeks I had found my new home away from home." -Nick G
