Ryan’s EXP Testimonial:
“Well I’ve been going to CrossFit EXP for about 4 weeks now. Since Day 1 the coaches have been working with me to clean up my form, get me to try new techniques, and pushed me to my limits. I am a competitive person, and want to be the best athlete I can be. The coaches create athletes. I’ve hit personal records in almost everything in only 4 weeks, and have learned to do things i thought i wouldn’t be able to. CrossFit EXP is a great community, with highly trained staff. There’s no place like it. I’ve been told it takes 2 weeks to break any bad habit. I’d say it takes 2 weeks to create good ones as well. I think everyone should try and give CrossFit EXP a chance. If you think you can’t do it, the coaches will show you that you can. If you could never imagine yourself being able to do a pullup, EXP will get you there. If you want to drop 30lbs, EXP will get you there. If you want to be competitive, EXP will get you there. CrossFit has changed my life. It is safe, it is healthy and it is fun.”
