Team WOD: teams of 3-5 will work together to complete the following workout for time.

50 wall walks
40k Deadlift
2.5k Row
5 lap partner carry
500 sit ups

That’s all the details I got for ya at the moment, gotta get back to swaddling, changing diapers and admiring my new baby girl. 🙂
