“FitCamp POKER” – Teams of 2-3 will work together against other teams to see who will finsh their deck of cards first. Decks will be shuffled and drawn top to bottom. Pull a 7 of diamonds and do 7 reps of exercise below. First team to finish their deck wins.
Spades- Plyo Lunges/ Side
Clubs- Cone shuttle run, 1 cone= card #
Hearts- Bench Dips w feet up
Jokers- 20 Burpees
