Easter Sunday is this weekend so we’ll be making a few schedule shifts for our OPENS plan for the week.
We will be moving the Sunday morning OPENS WOD for this week to Saturday morning 9-Noon instead. There will be no Saturday 9:15am class this week.
If you plan to do WOD 13.4 ONCE then you can do it during class on Thursday or on Saturday morning.
If you plan on doing WOD 13.4 TWICE then you would do it on Thursday at an 80-90% sub maximal effort to determine pacing and strategy. You would then repeat on Saturday morning for maximum score.
