Q: What brought you in to CrossFit EXP? I joined Cross fit EXP about 1 week after I turned 49 years old.  I had low energy, was overweight, and hadn’t exercised in decades.  I decided it was time to make a change, and so I made an initial 6 month commitment to get started and to see what I could do. Q: What was your first impression of CrossFit EXP? It was initially surprising that the classes contained beginners like me working out next to more experienced and fit athletes.  This stratified class make-up works well, and allows us beginners to learn from,  and ‘ride the coat tails’ of the trail blazers.
