This group will be meeting at Doyle Field three days a week; Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 6:30am for 8 weeks. Each day will consist of running drills & skills to get you from the coach to being able to run a 5K. This is a great way to enjoy the outdoors over the summer and be ready to sign up for that road race you’ve always wanted to be able to complete come this fall.
