Why FitCamp Kids for my child when they play sports already? FitCamp Kids is a fitness program that is broad and general, we do not specialize in any one sport or activity. We focus on the basic functional activities that you probably engaged in growing up. We ask children to PUSH, PULL, RUN, THROW, CLIMB, LIFT AND JUMP. Through these basic movements children not only have fun but they get fit in the most simple of ways. If you can teach them now that fitness is fun they are more likely to not only do it now but as they grow up too. Think of FitCamp as an indoor playground and we could all use one of those during the cold winter months.
