Monday-Wednesday: normal classes
Thursday: Open gym 7-9am with organized WOD at 8am
Friday: 9:15am & 5:15pm only followed by Grill N Chill
Saturday & Sunday: normal classes
We are looking for volunteers for our CF EXP Summer Smackdown 7/13 & 7/14. If you are interested in volunteering for one (or both) days, please email [email protected] with your weekend availability.
Lots of great things took place this past weekend. Here’s a recap of just a few:
– Jackson N and his team did great at Saturday’s Europa competition hitting a few PRs and getting 12th out of 30 teams!
– Coach Steph finished in 4th place out of a very competitive group at the 2 day Nor’Eastern Masters Comp!
– Congrats to all the Warrior Dash athletes who completed the race this weekend!
– Chris L road 150 miles for the MS Charity ride!
– Coach Stacey Got ENGAGED to Harlan we are so happy for you two!!!
