FREE CLASS GUIDELINES…
  • Please arrive ~10 min early so you can meet with your coach and they can help you get signed in for class and properly prepare you for the workout of the day.
  • Your coach will help you get started in class and make sure you are doing what’s right for your goals & ability.
  • Be sure to dress in comfortable and non-restrictive workout clothes.
    (Shorts, tee/tank and sneaks, dress in layers in colder months)
  • Eat a healthy snack 30-60mins before class… (i.e. banana and 1 TBSP PNB)
  • We have water & pre/post workout drinks for sale in the lobby or feel free to bring your own.
  • Please read our Medical/Liability Waiver and complete the short form below.
  • Once completed you will receive and email confirmation to the address you provide in the form.

    • I started At CrossFit EXP a year ago and it was truly the best decision I’ve ever made! I have always been active and had a love for fitness, but after having my son it was hard to push myself to get back into shape on my own! All of the coaches are intelligent, hands on, motivating and truly great people! They are extremely attentive during class and give each member the attention they need based off of the level they are at. CrossFit is not just for extreme athletes…..it’s for EVERYONE! Aside from the fitness aspect, EXP has an amazing community! I have met so many amazing people in just one year that I know will be my friends forever! Everyone lifts you up in class and pushes you to be the best you in and outside of the gym! If you are contemplating starting CrossFit, EXP is definitely the place to go!

    • We feel strong in every way and enjoy friendships with members of all ages. There is a community response here which exceeds anything we have ever experienced!! We are a husband and wife team who are enjoying crossfit with the most amazing coaches and colleagues at ages 70 and 71.     • I highly recommend CrossFit EXP. I was hesitant at the beginning but the coaching staff is highly knowledgeable about proper techniques when it comes to the various workouts including how to scale the workouts so everyone can better themselves. The daily WODs help keep working out fun and is more enjoyable than a traditional gym.

The feeling of community at EXP is unlike any other gym I’ve ever been to, the workouts are challenging but doable since almost every move can be modified. I would recommend exp to people of any athletic ability!

    • I was reluctant to get on the scale after week 2 during the 6 week challenge because i could see and feel the results well today i am at the doctors 11 weeks later i lost 14lbs… eat clearly better and have to buy new pants oh and I still work out at home thanks for the lifestyle changes ❤️❤️❤️❤️
