Last night I was home doing the usual holiday chores; wrapping gifts, baking and stuffing stockings. I needed something quick, easy and mess free for dinner (I knew Nick was on his way home soon and would be starving!) I whipped together these “quiches” and they are delish! This was acutally my mom’s idea- Thanks Mom!
I thought I would share this for you for the holiday weekend. These are something you could make while the kids are opening the stockings. They literally take 5 minutes to put together and by the time everyone is done opening gifts, you will have a healthy breakfast everyone will enjoy. Starting the day off with a healthy meal will jump start you on the right foot to making healthy decisions throughout the weekend.
Happy Holidays and Enjoy!
