Teams of 2-4 work through entire desk of cards as quick as possible.
Joker = 400m run
Diamond = Overhead Lunge (45/35lbs, for each rep step once with left leg, once with right leg)
Hearts = Pull-ups
Spades = Burpee Box Jump (20″/24″)
Clubs = V-ups
