5 person teams race to 10, 000 meters (2k/pp, meters scaled for smaller teams).
Each team selects 2 members to start with row (1 row/1 rests) while rest of team starts with 800m run. Each person rows 500m increments and then must run 800m before rowing again. 1st team to 10k wins.
