Teams of 2-4 will complete each of the following 5 exercises for 1 minute each then take a 1 minute rest. Repeating for a total of 5 rounds.

- Thank you to all those who attended Nick’s POSE running clinic this Saturday. Start putting what you learned to practice and get outside for some fresh air, sunshine and POSE running.
- The half-way Nutrition Accelerator Challenge weigh-ins on Saturday proved that following the 28-day challenge program and eating Paleo really works. I took a quick sneak through the weigh-in results and was blown away by some of your successes thus far. Double digit loses over just two weeks and a lot of people in the high single digits.
